Our department members must supply accurate technical support to the Merchandising Services Department to assist them in making product decisions that will provide finished products appropriate for the market place. In turn, staff personnel must address our customers’ product quality concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

In addition, Smart Drinks quality assurance must work our suppliers in an ethical and confidential manner, which will foster manually beneficial quality improvement through the compliance and enforcement of mutually agreed upon product standards and specifications resulting in Smart Drinks integrity and customer satisfaction.
